But if you let it charge up high enough and let it out against anything it is going to destroy. It is going to be devastating. 

A little whirlwind has no more power than to pick up a few pieces of paper and dirt that are lying on the ground. But let it build up and become a hurricane, and it destroys everything in its path.

You must cause it to build up. It must charge up. Then when it charges up you have to release it into the earth. 

I have heard people say, "But I believed. I knew that I knew that I had faith. Yes there was love in my heart. I was flowing in the love of God and I had the pictures so clearly in my mind. My hope was so strong. All of them were there.

I had built my spiritual templates. I knew that God was going to move in my situation. I waited and waited but it didn't happen." 

If you try to present some of these principles to people like that they will say, "I tried it but it doesn't work. I know somebody who really believed all this stuff. They really applied it, but they are in their grave today."

Or they will say to you, "I know somebody who knew that God was going to provide his needs, but he had to go bankrupt. It doesn't work." 

Do you know what they were doing? They were walking around with their fully loaded rifle, but they did not use it.

You see you have to release the power. It is no good holding in your hands the most powerful laser gun that there is unless you use it. Until you take it and release the laser energy against the target, nothing is going to happen. 

You say, "Well I was waiting for the Lord to do that." 

No, God is not going to do it. You have to do that. We have covered this already. Whatever God is going to do in the earth He does through human agency. 

It is you who must release His power and authority in the earth. You are the one who must release the forces of the recreated Spirit of God in you that are flowing through you.

Releasing Through Words and Action

How are you going to release it? There are only two ways that you can release and pour out what is in your spirit. Do you remember what they are? We covered them before.

There are only two ways that you can pour out from your body what is in your spirit. They are words and action. 

If you are standing there without doing anything and waiting for God, it is not going to happen. If you are standing there with your mouth shut, waiting for God, it is also not going to happen. 

That power must be released into the earth. You have to release it by the things that you do and by the things that you say.

There is however a mistake that some folks make in this. I have seen people take off their glasses and say, "By faith I can see," and they break their glasses. 

They say, "I'm going to put my faith in action." 

Then they have to grope around having somebody to lead them. They have to go and see the optometrist the next day to have their eyes tested again and get a new set, and it costs them money. 

Do not be foolish. I am not talking about that kind of thing. I am saying that when the power is there and it is charged up, it is time to release it.

I will show you some Scriptural examples of that to show you exactly how it works.

Releasing Through Music

There is another way that we can charge up the power and cause it to be released. It is a big subject which can be covered on its own, but I am just going to mention it here. It is the power of praise and worship, and the use of music and singing. 

This is such a powerful force that Satan has tapped into, and he is using it. The music industry today is one of the largest and biggest money-making endeavors. 

Why is this? It is because music has power to tap into the soul. Music has power to cause your soul to release what is in your spirit. 

How does it do this? Music stirs your mind, your emotions and your will - all three. Think about it. Are you able to sing without your emotions being stirred? 

Haven't you found that as you sing something begins to bubble inside? Have you ever been able to sing when you are feeling sad and miserable?

Have you not found that something begins to take place as you sing? There comes a stirring in your emotions and your feelings. 

Have you not found at times when you are feeling a bit morbid and depressed, that just putting on some bright music has the ability to lift your emotions and lift you out of the doldrums? There is terrific power there. 

It Causes Resonance

As I looked to the Lord and asked Him about this, He showed me that music has the ability to cause a vibration. It produces a resonance in the soul of man.

Do you know what resonance is? I learned a bit about that in science. It looks like I am giving you science lessons here. 

If you blow on a bottle at the right angle and with the right pressure, the bottle begins to whistle and make a sound. What actually happens is that the air inside the bottle begins to vibrate. 

Resonance is something that depends on the volume of the container and the kind of sound you put at the top.

Singers use resonance all the time by changing the shape of their throat. They cause the notes that they are creating in their vocal cords to vibrate and to produce a beautiful harmonious sound. 

Resonance and music are closely linked together. Music causes your spirit, soul and body to all vibrate together.

There is something about rhythm and beats, that when you hear them something inside you starts to go 'Doof. Doof. Doof.' Your foot starts to tap, your hands clap, and your body begins to move with the rhythm of the music. 

I do not fully understand why this happens, but there is something powerful about music that causes a flow to take place. 

Here is one of the most powerful ways that you can cause the power that is in your spirit to begin to flow out. It is to get your spirit, soul and body all vibrating together in harmony.

When that happens, the power that is in your spirit begins to flow out through your soul and through your body, and God's power is released. 

This is another one of the ways of putting a template in place, charging up the power, and pouring forth into the earth.
