It is a simple scientific theory that should work theoretically if man had the correct technology. You take matter and convert it into its equivalent in energy.

You then transmit that energy like a radio wave, receive it on the other side and re-form it back into the matter. That was the basic concept. 

In fact this is what is going to take place at the resurrection. The bodies of those who have died, that have decomposed or been burned by cremation, will be recreated when Jesus comes.

It is a good picture of what you have to do in transmutation. You have to take what is in the heavenly realm in spiritual form, and cause it to be transmitted down to this physical realm. 

To do this, it must be converted to a form that can exist in both realms. Once it has been brought into this realm you have to cause it to re-materialize in this physical world. 

Transmute it With Words

How are you going to do that? What is it that exists in the heavenly realm and in this realm at the same time? You are going to do it with words. 

Consider the Bible; the book containing God's words. Where did it come from? It came from Heaven, but it now continues to exist in the earth in the form of written words. 

If you are to 'beam down' the thing that you have received from God, you will need to do it with words because words are carriers of spiritual essence.

You have a link between the two realms. Your spirit is linked with the heavenly realm, and your body is linked with the physical realm. 

As you bring the two together you can cause a transfer to take place from the spiritual realm to the physical realm. You have the 'equipment' that can beam down what is waiting for you in the heavenly or spiritual realm.

Swing the Balance

The Lord gave me a picture of how this happens once. He showed me a set of balances, and showed me that my need and what He had for me was on the one side of the balance.

This represented my provision in the heavenly realm. The other side of the balance represented the physical realm which initially was empty. 

All I need to do is to keep placing weights on the empty side of the balance until it swings. When it reaches the point where the balance swings, the transfer is complete and the answer will come. 

You see there is a certain amount of energy that has to be beamed down. You must keep beaming the energy down until all of it has arrived here. When you have done that it forms and manifests in this world. There is a point of completion. 

How do you do that? You do it with words, and it often takes a while before the process is complete. It seldom occurs instantly. 

We have seen how a creation can take place in the physical realm, by a spirit moving upon the creation. How does it take place? 

And God said, Let there be…

It works like this. When you hold up your need to the Lord, and by faith reach out and take what you need, you are withdrawing from your heavenly bank account.

If you have seen the Lord Jesus giving it to you, then you now have the right to begin to transmute it down.

You Already Have it

In Joshua 1:3, God said this to Joshua before he went into the Canaan land.

Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that I have given to you.

It was said in the past tense. In the same way Mark 11:24 says, 

Whatever things you desire, when you pray believe that you have received them, and you will have them.

You must have received it at the hand of the Lord first before you can convert it. You must have the check in your hands before you can cash it. 

This is where people often miss it badly. Some of the teaching concerning this has been called the 'Name it and Claim it' teaching. This is where people have said,

"I can claim whatever I want by just naming it. I'm going to get my new Cadillac. I'm going to claim it by faith and it's mine." 

No, you will have to receive it from the hand of the Lord first. Once He has given it to you, you know that He has given it to you and you have seen Him giving it to you, only then do you have the right to claim it.

That is when you begin, with your mouth, to cause that thing to be transmuted down into the physical realm. It then becomes an action completed in the past tense. 

It is not a case of,

"I will receive my new car and will own a new computer." 

Rather it is a case of,

"I have received it. In the name of Jesus I have it already." 

Every time you do that, you are doing like Joshua saying,

"This land was given to me; it's mine." 

You put your foot on it because it was given to you. When did you receive it? You received it when you prayed.

When you prayed, it was deposited into your heavenly bank account. When you prayed, it was manifested in the heavenly realm. 

That is when you received it. You already have it; it has just not manifested yet in the physical realm.

All you need to do is transmute it down from the heavenly realm into the physical realm. You need to bring it into your possession and it becomes yours.

Confess it as Done

You always need to do this with words. Over and over again you speak words with your mouth saying,

"In the name of Jesus I have this. I thank you Father that it is mine. I thank you Father that it is mine." 

The more you do this, the more 'energy' you transmit from the heavenly realm to the earth. 

I remember when I first looked to the Lord to give me enough finance to pay all my debts.

God had told me to pack up my job and go into fulltime work for Him. I told the Lord what I needed and I saw Him giving it to me. After that I began to walk up and down saying,

"In the name of Jesus I have this amount of money." 

I began to tell people,

"I have this amount of money. God has given me this money. He has promised it to me and it is mine. I have it now. Thank you Lord that I have this money. It is mine." 

The words of my mouth continually spoke as a past tense because faith is a past tense. 

As you do this you link your spirit to the heavenly realm. You link your body with your tongue and your words to the physical realm. And you cause the spirit to join with the body through the words that you speak. 

Every time you speak, you link your spirit to your body and you link the heavenly realm to the physical realm.

You join the spiritual with the physical, and you cause that thing to be transmuted down, until eventually the day comes when the balance swings. 

A Waiting Period

There is always a waiting period. When you deposit your check into the bank in foreign currency there is a waiting period. Even when money is wired from another country there is a waiting period.

There are procedures that must to be followed through. There are also things along the way that can go wrong. There are blockages. There could be some bank clerk along the way that could mess it up and the money never arrives. 

The same thing can happen when you believe God for something. He has already given you what you asked for and you know He has given it you. You know that you know that God has answered your prayer. 

He said you can have it, but you are sitting waiting and saying,

"Where is it?" 

You should rather be saying,

"I have it! In the name of Jesus I have it; it is mine. Thank you Father, it is mine.

Hey, do you know what? God has given this to me. I have it; it is mine. Thank you Jesus. Thank you Father. In the name of Jesus it is mine." 

The trouble is it might become blocked along the way by the god of this world. You will have to do battle with him and come in conflict with him.

You will need to lay it on him to make sure that he does not intercept your provision and stop it from coming to you. 

We will look at this in the sections on angels and demons. I will show you how they are involved in this whole procedure of entering into the blessing of the Lord.

Using Your Account

In conclusion, I want to reiterate that you probably do not realize it, but you are like a rich guy's kid.

You did not know that you had a bank account in another country did you? You did not know that a bank account was opened for you the day you were born. 

But now you know it, and it is time you start learning to use it. It is time you learned to make deposits as well as how to withdraw. If you can do that then you can begin to experience all the blessings right now. Remember this Scripture,

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us (has deposited in us) every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ. 

It is yours and it is available to you. You simply need to transmute it out of the heavenly realm and cause it to become manifested here in this physical realm.
