The title of my message today, the mantle of prosperity. We've been building up to this teaching now for the last three weeks and so today I want to bring all the pieces together and conclude this series and then it will be complete and we can make it available to those who wish to study it in more detail. Let's just review some of the things we've looked at and see if we can bring the pieces together and understand exactly what the mantle of prosperity is.

We've seen that it's never God's intention for his people to be in lack or in poverty. However, experience shows us that wealth does not come automatically, especially to believers. There are both positive and negative elements that are involved that have to be taken into account.

Now we've looked at some of the principles involved but sometimes we find it difficult and we struggle to apply the principles. We need God to supernaturally intervene in our finances to bring greater results. Now the only way that this can be accomplished is via a special anointing which I would like to call the mantle of prosperity.

Abraham was given such a blessing by God. He became wealthy without even trying. Even when he lied about his wife, he still became wealthy.

In fact, he became wealthier just through the lie because they showered him with gifts for his wife and they let him keep it afterwards. So Abraham actually didn't make a lot of effort to become wealthy. Later on when they captured the children of Abraham who had been taken to captivity and the king of Sodom came and said, look you can take all the spoils.

Abraham said, I don't want a thing. He said, don't let it ever be said that a man made Abraham rich. God make me rich, nobody else.

It was never done with human methods or plans. And then Solomon was another one. Solomon came to God asking for wisdom and God said, you didn't ask for things for yourself.

You didn't ask for great wealth or power, but you came asking for the right thing. So I'm going to give you wealth anyway. Solomon was given this as a gift from God and became the wealthiest, probably still the wealthiest person who ever lived.

Now for us to truly prosper financially, we need more than the skills of man. We need more than good business principles that the world will teach us. We need the power of God.

Now we ended last time with an illustration of a motorboat that is tied to the bank. The engines are going so it should be moving forward, but it's not moving forward because there's a rope tying it to the bank. And so we saw that what we need to do is to cut that rope in order to release the boat to continue its journey.

But we need more than just the boat to continue its journey. We need the boat to accelerate and go faster, to reach its destination quicker. Now this is the difference between doing things according to principles and adding an extra dimension of the supernatural from God, which is what we're going to consider with the mantle of prosperity is concerned.

Now the power of God is manifest in two ways as we've talked in many different places. We have within us as believers what I like to call the internal anointing. The internal anointing is the power of God resident in us by the Holy Spirit.

And every believer, every believer, if they are born again have the Holy Spirit dwelling within them. So every believer has the right and the ability to tap into that anointing. Having tapped into that anointing, we can then take the power in that anointing and release it at our own will by choice at any time we choose.

It's available to us 24 hours a day. Now I explained this in a lot of detail in my three books on the new way of blessing, a foundational flagship of this ministry which I've been encouraging everybody to go through. And today I'm going to summarize the principles for you once again so that you can understand how they work.

This can be used for all three of the main needs and desires that we have in life. For health, for wealth, and for favor in relationships. It involves using three forces that come from the Spirit.

This is how the power of God manifests. Those three forces are faith and hope and love. Now this requires a little bit of effort and because it requires a little bit of effort, not many people follow through and succeed in doing it.

I gave another illustration in addition to the motorboat and I want to use both of these two illustrations today as a kind of a springboard for us to understand better the supernatural power of God. Now you probably heard people, especially those who have been grounded in the so-called word of faith teaching, saying things like I'm believing God for a new car, a new husband, a new wife, whatever. I'm believing God.

I've heard people say, I've been believing God for the last 20 years. I'm putting my faith on the line. You know these expressions? Okay, now it's like this.

You have this great big iron, like a piece of railway line. It's hanging like that on a cord and the idea is to get that thing swinging. And what you have here is a little cork, just a little cork on a string.

And you want to get that iron moving using the cork. It sounds like an impossible task, doesn't it? But actually it's not. They've proved scientifically that if you'll take that cork, pull it back and let it go and hit the iron, eventually, who knows how long, eventually that iron will begin to move.

You see there's a little bit of energy in that cork. And when that cork hits the iron, it imparts some of that energy into the iron. When that energy level that's imparted into the iron reaches a certain level, it overcomes the force of inertia, which Newton taught us about, which I mentioned before, and the iron will start to swing.

And eventually, if you maintain it 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, who knows how long it's going to take, eventually that iron actually starts to swing exactly in line with the cork. So perhaps your spiritual forces are like that little cork. They're not very strong.

But if you will release them against that obstacle that stands before you, against that need or desire that you have, it's a matter of time and it will begin to work. So the principle works if you've got the patience to keep throwing that cork over and over until you see results. Who has the patience to do that? Very few of us.

Very few of us. So if we go, we look again at the boat and the cork. We can cut the rope and release the boat to go forward.

But what would be more powerful is if we could put a really strong engine in the boat, so that when you put the accelerator down, the strength of that boat is strong enough to snap the cord and to surge forward and accelerate at great speed. If we could turn that cork into a piece of iron and make it progressively bigger so that it gives quite a hard knock. In fact, if we made it as big as the other iron, it would probably just take one hit and the iron will begin to move.

So we can struggle along until we discover the cord and eventually cut it and then continue our mediocre life. Or we could increase the power of the engine and surge forward, break the barriers and reach the goal so much quicker. You can keep throwing your little cork and over time, using the way of blessing principles, your cork will build and get stronger.

And depending on how well you apply the principles, depends how strong and heavy the cork gets. But it's still going to be a matter of time and effort to move that iron. However, if we can find a way of very quickly increasing the mass of that cork, we can accelerate the process and we don't have to wait very long.

Now, how do we do this? How do we cause the power to increase? Well, we can cause the power in our spirit to be increased using a process which my wife decided to call bulldozing. And so it's become a term we use. It's a non-scriptural term.

We call it spiritual bulldozing. Okay. How does bulldozing work? What you do is you charge up the power using the spirit and the word.

And you charge it up and you charge it up until the engine of the motorboat is really building up in power. You charge it up until that cork gets big and heavy, and then eventually you start to get results. Now, when God placed us in Mexico, we stayed for 17 years.

At first we were supported financially and then our support was taken away instantly from one month to the next. We were left in a foreign land. We were not allowed to work there or earn an income in the country.

We had to somehow find a way to live. Okay. We learned bulldozing the hard way.

And on any given day, we lived near the beach. You'd see Daphne and I walking up and down the beach. Sometimes she'd walk that way, I'd walk that way, and then we'd cross paths.

And we were walking, we were confessing scripture, and we were praying in the spirit, and we were confessing scripture, and we were praying in the spirit, and we were charging up, and we were building until God began to move miraculously and provide for us supernaturally. Otherwise, we couldn't have survived. We had three families to support and feed and no income.

We learned the principles way back there. After coming back from Mexico, we didn't have a beach anymore, so I used the perimeter of our yard, walking around the fence of the wall, round and round and round and round, as big as the yard was, confessing the word. And again, sometimes Daphne and I would go in opposite directions, and we'd cross each other and say, hi, how's it going? And we'd bulldoze and bulldoze.

Lord, we're in trouble. Lord, we need finance. Lord, we're in difficulty.

It worked. Sometimes the situation was so severe that I was doing this at night, and then I had to pace around the house. I had this little route.

I walked through the bathroom like that, come out there through the bedroom, go down the passageway through the lounge, whatever path I could find, a nice circular path. Daphne used to pick the closet. And we bulldozed until God moved on our behalf.

Once the power charges up, then you release that power using words. I already taught you, but in this series on the power of speaking words, sometimes you have to charge up. Instead of letting that cork fly a million times, we get the cork to get bigger before we release it.

Before we put our foot down and accelerate the engines of the motorboat, let's build the power of the engine first. And then when it's right, we accelerate. So that was the process.

Now, it's quite a laborious process. But when you're desperate, you take the time and you make the effort. What if the power could be increased more quickly and with less effort? This is where the mantles of God come in.

Because of the mantles of God, you move away from the internal anointing and you move into the external anointing. And with the external anointing comes a great surge of power and the results come very quickly. And so we come now to the mantles of God.

The mantles of God are needed to move away from the internal and into the external. The mantles of God are ways of tapping into and releasing the external anointing. You no longer have to work at building up the power within.

Instead, you tap into the external power and it comes instantly. And now when you release that power, you see almost immediate results. It's extremely powerful, far more powerful than the greatest internal anointing that you can develop.

Now, I want to go through with you very quickly the way of blessing way and how it's done. The way of blessing way is available to all believers. You do not need to wait for God to move.

And actually, it's the only way for you to get the things in life that you need, health, wealth, and favor in relationships. God's power must be charged up and released into the earth through two ways, words and actions, words and actions. Okay, here's the whole way of blessing in a nutshell.

Now, I've written three books on it. It's quite extensive. If you want to know these principles, well, go read the books.

But I know most of you too lazy to read it. So I'm going to give you the easy way first. Maybe I can inspire you today to want to go and read it.

You start by identifying the power that is already within you. It's been put into your spirit by the Holy Spirit when you were born again. And it has three parts to it, faith, hope, and love.

Paul speaks about these all the way through his epistles. In 1 Corinthians 30, he says, now abides faith, hope, and love. The greatest of these is love.

When he writes to his churches, he looks for faith, hope, and love. And he'll say something like, I see you guys have got great faith. I'm just praying the Lord will increase your hope now.

And I see you guys have got great love, but you need to build your faith. He always looks for one or more of those three that's missing. And he prays and encourages them to develop those because all three of them are needed.

And I explain in some detail in the three New Way of Blessing books on how those forces can be developed and charged up and used. And actually, it's a guaranteed foolproof way. I know because we have proved it for many years.

Live by it. Now, once you've identified those three forces, you have to develop the power in them. And the strongest way to do that is to combine the power of the scriptures with the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

These forces have to be developed and increased and built up and charged up before they can be released. Now, even if you have charged that power and you're ready to release it, these forces can only be released via your soul. They're coming from your spirit.

And in order to come out into this world and to be manifest, they need to pass through your soul. And from there, they are released by your body using words and actions. But if your soul has blockages in it, you may have great power.

There's not much coming out. See, you can take the full mains voltage and connect to light. But if you put a big resistance in that circuit, the light doesn't get very bright.

In order to make the light its brightest, you need to remove all resistances in the circuit. Simple electrical science. And forgive me, I have a scientific mind.

I love science. If you're scientific, you'll know what I'm talking about. You've got to remove the resistances for the power to flow.

You know, even the power in your water tap is restricted when the pipes get all clogged up. And actually, the same thing happens in your body when your blood vessels get clogged up. And that light giving blood struggles to flow through.

Your life is affected. Well, that's how your soul is. Your soul is the channel through which that power must be released.

Okay. Now, your experiences in life, especially, have built blockages in your soul. You've had failures and disappointments.

You've tried things and failed. You've prayed and nothing happened. A whole lot of things are sitting there in your soul.

And even though you may have charged up the power and you're ready to release it, nothing comes out. The pipes are blocked. There's a resistance in the circuit.

So, in order to release that power, after charging it up, you may have to deal with the blockages in your soul. And you need to actually create a channel in the soul for that flow to take place. I call this building a spiritual template.

And we've taught it in some detail. Now, once you've built your spiritual template and made a channel through your soul and you've charged up the power, the power now has to be released using words and actions which are both taking place in the body. Now, the words that we speak connect directly to our spirits because only a creature having a spirit can speak words.

That's why God as a spirit could speak words of creation. Animals make noises that they cannot speak words. Only humans, because they have a spirit that came from the Spirit of God, have the ability to speak words.

And when we speak words, we actually tap into that power that's in our spirit. And that power is released through the words that we speak and also through the actions that we carry out. Before you speak or act, make sure the power is charged up.

There are a lot of scriptural illustrations. One of the most powerful is described in the book of Joshua, where they came to the city of Jericho and they had these walls before them. They needed the power of God to get rid of those walls.

Now, if they'd gone up there charging at the walls in their human strength, they would have all got killed. So God, Joshua looked to God and said, how do I do it? God said, this is how you do it. You charge up the power.

What you do is you take the ark of God, which is a picture of the presence and the power of the Lord, and you have the priests carry it ahead of all the people, and you walk around the walls. And while you do that, you blow the trumpets. It's kind of like speaking the word, speaking the word.

They did a bulldoze right there, Jericho. Round and round they went, once every day for seven days. And each day, they started to feel more confident.

The people in the city started to get a bit anxious. What are these guys doing? What is happening here? We don't understand this. And then on the seventh day, Joshua says to them, we're going around the wall seven times, but I don't want any of you to speak a word until I say so.

Why? He needed to pull the power up first. So they went around the walls. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven.

Joshua said, now shout. Now the power came. And the walls went right down.

You know, you can do your own Jericho anytime you like. But you try and shout at those walls without walking around them, they'll laugh at you. And it's going to happen.

So you can charge. And you do that by the process of bulldozing over and over and over. Now, I took some natural phenomena, again scientific, to explain how this works.

And we compared this to building a hurricane. Science tells us that when two different kinds of winds join together, sometimes a cold and a warm breeze, when they join together, they begin to cycle and circulate. And eventually they speed up and they produce a hurricane.

So you produce a hurricane by mixing two winds together. Well, we got two winds. The one is the word.

The other one is the spirit. And as you bulldoze, you keep bringing those two together over and over again. And after a while of your bulldozing, you start to feel something happening inside of you.

A hurricane starts to build up. Don't even think of opening your mouth to speak until you feel that hurricane. I use laser, which is light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation.

Essentially, light amplified. Lasers produce in a very simple way. Well, I mean, there's more complexities.

You take a ruby crystal, put a mirror on either side, and you send a light beam through it. The light beam goes through the laser, hits the mirror on the other side, and gets reflected back through the laser again. And you now have two light beams.

And then it hits the mirror on that side, gets reflected back again, and now you have four light beams. And before you know it, you've got a gazillion light beams all in phase together. That light has become highly amplified and very powerful.

And once it reaches that charge, you just make a hole in the one mirror, and the light comes shooting out as a beam known as laser. You've got a ruby crystal in you, right there in your spirit. Send some light through it.

Start with the word. Bulldoze over and over and over. Speak the word.

We do it this way. We speak the word, then we pray in tongues. We speak the word, then we pray in tongues.

Confess the scripture, pray in tongues. You're sending that light beam backwards and forwards until your laser builds up. And once the laser's built up, then open it up and direct it at your target.

And atom bombers produce the same way. They take a material and they bombard it with particles until the atom splits and tremendous power is released. Bam, we've got an explosion.

Water has power when it's increased in flow. And you have inside of you, in your spirit, an underground stream. But if you want to tap into that power, you've got to first drill down through the rock to tap into it.

How do you drill through it? The spirit and the word. The spirit and the word. Bulldozing.

You keep over and over. You drill deep down until you hit a gusher. And the next moment you feel this guff.

So you can feel a atom bomb building up. You can feel the gushing water until you get to that place. And Joshua said, shut up.

Otherwise you're going to shoot a weak little laser. It's just going to be like shining a torch on the wall. We lift it up.

Now I see the problem more. That's our problem. We pray and pray.

Oh Lord, Lord provide. And we think God said no. You shut a torch instead of a laser.

Huh? You blew. Instead of building up a hurricane. So all of that can be done using the simple principles of the way of blessing.

And there's one more thing you've got to do. When you finally have released your faith and your hope and love. And you've reached out to God with those powers.

God says yes. Lord we need this. Lord I desire this.

God says yes. Lord I need a new car. The Lord says you got it.

In my heart I know. God said yes. I walk outside my front door.

There's no car. But the Lord said he gave me the car. I don't see it.

You know why? It's sitting up there in heaven with him. He gave you your car. He got all brands up there.

He said sure thing. I got the keys. Come and get it.

How do I do that? Do it by a process which I've called spiritual transmutation. Remember the early Star Trek movie? They had so many Star Trek since then. I remember the first Star Trek movie.

I was so fascinated with it. They would climb into this chamber. The captain would say beam me down Scotty.

Energize. And you see. And they get converted all into energy.

And they get beamed down to the planet. And then they reappear on the planet. Scientifically, theoretically that could be done.

You take this matter. Convert it into energy which is what it's made up of. Send it somewhere else.

And then reform the energy back into matter. Right? But what are we all made of? The Bible says God made the world out of nothing. I know the scientists are trying to tell us that we're made of particles.

We're made of molecules. We're made of atoms. And they went further and said we're made out of radio waves, quantum mechanics.

And effectively we're energy. But actually what is energy made of? Energy is made of spirit. Okay.

And so you will learn the principles of way of blessing. That spirit has power over matter. God has got your car up there.

But it's got to get energized, transmitted down here and reformed in the earth where you can lay your hands on it. Now who's going to do that? Not God. You got to do that.

You do it by a process of transmutation. What's that? It's only one thing that exists both in the earth and in heaven. And that is words.

God sent his word into the earth. And when he sent his word into the earth, he said, light be. And light appeared.

Plants be. And they appeared. See.

We need to bring that car down from the heavenly realm into this earthly realm and we do it with words. Only once God has given you the assurance that it's yours. Now there's a process where I no longer say I'm asking God for a car.

We don't even say I'm going to get a car. We say I have a car because God gave it to me. I'm just waiting for it to manifest.

And so I walk around thanking the Lord for my car. This time this ever happened to me. I was deep in financial difficulty and I reached out to the Lord and he said go and put your foot on the land like I told Joshua to do and I'm giving you the money.

Well I knew he was giving me the money. I began to tell everybody I'm getting this money. I even told the secretary at work who wasn't even a Christian.

God's given me a lot of money. One day a relative came to visit me and he said the Lord's told me I have to give you money. The exact amount I'd asked for.

See now I'd been saying for a long time I'm going to get the money because it's mine. I have that money. I began to thank the Lord daily for that money until it manifested.

See that is the process of transmutation and again I teach that in some detail in the way of blessing. And then there's one final thing that I discovered through experience. As you put your faith out and you begin to see the manifestation taking place, there's a tendency to stop and say oh yes here it is.

You know somebody promises you money or somebody promises you something and you think it's arrived and you rejoice and you relax and the next moment the deal falls through. Have that happened to you? See now a beautiful illustration for that. Jesus stood at the grave of Lazarus and he said Lazarus come forth and Lazarus came forth alive except he was all tied up.

In fact if they left him like that he would die again. So the first thing Jesus said to them is go and loose him, unleash him, release him from that now that he's been brought to life. And so there is a final process which I call releasing into the earth what God has provided for you.

If you don't satan will steal it right out under your nose as it's about to manifest because he doesn't want you to get it. Okay folks that's the way of blessing in a nutshell. You say oh why didn't I just write it in one chapter because there's a whole lot more involved and if you want to know the details go read.

So we can get whatever we desire from the Lord using these principles of building up, charging up the power, releasing it, speaking the words, transmuting until these things manifest and I've done this for years. When you're in a desperate situation you make the effort and you maintain it. Unfortunately if the isn't desperate enough it becomes too much of an effort and you let it go and then we complain and we say well maybe the Lord doesn't want me to have it.

Actually he already gave it to you sitting there. He's saying your car's waiting you why don't you come and get him. Oh Lord just can't you send it down with the angels or something.

See only man has authority in the earth. You have the authority to bring that down. God has authority in heaven but the authority in the earth is placed in the hands of us, these people.

So the principles of the way of blessing are essential to normal life and it doesn't only apply to finances. It applies to health, wealth and even your relationships. Am I going to stay single the rest of my life? You know what she may be waiting right there up in heaven.

He might be waiting right there saying here I am baby come and get me. You're sitting waiting and waiting and waiting while I'm waiting for God to provide. He's already provided.

He already said yes now lies in your hands. Okay you will learn how to do this applying those principles but it takes time, it takes effort but the beauty is it's available to every believer. It has nothing to do with your spiritual maturity or how sinful or unsinful you are.

It's faith, hope and love. They are spiritual forces in your spirit and the Holy Spirit abides in you forever. But there's a quicker way, a more powerful way and it's called spiritual mantles.

Now let me explain to you the principles of mantles. Okay I've taught an entire series on this which I'll be releasing shortly. Those of you who have enrolled in the school of the supernatural you will be getting this as part of your lectures and you'll be taught it in detail.

Spiritual mantles are like clothing items that you put on and wear. There are several layers that need to be placed for it to function correctly and just as in the morning and you get out of bed and throw off your pajamas or whatever you slept in, you begin to get dressed for the day and the first thing you put on is your undergarments. And now if you put on your undergarments you put on your outer garments and usually there's something extra, a jacket or a coat or a jersey if it's getting cold this winter.

There's that extra part. Maybe you go to work, there's a coat that you wear as part of your activity. Perhaps you wear a suit when you go to work which puts you in a place to be more active and to carry out the task that you're employed to do.

See mantles work exactly the same way. We have the two inner mantles and a third outer mantle that we can wear. Now the first mantle which is like your underwear I've called that the mantle of protection and actually that's kind of what your underwear does.

It covers all the sensitive parts of the body and protects them. So the mantle of protection is placed first. It should be placed first as you start your day.

Now this mantle protects you from any attack of the enemy and when you come to move in the supernatural particularly when you're ministering to somebody else there's often a lash back from that person in the spirit depending on what evil is in their life or what you're tackling. The mantle of protection will cover you and protect you from that lash back and whereas before at the point of provision Satan could steal your provision when you're using the mantles now to do the same thing your garment of protection is going to prevent Satan from stealing the provision when it manifests. So that's your first mantle.

Again I've taught these in detail. The next mantle I've called the mantle of power. The mantle of power you receive at that experience after the rebirth known as the baptism of the holy spirit.

The mantle of power provides the energy for all the mantles to function. It contains the energy the power because the mantle of power gives us access to the nine gifts of the spirit and the external anointing of God. Until you've received the baptism of the spirit you've only walked in the internal anointing but the baptism of the holy spirit opens a door in the supernatural realm for us to get access to the external more powerful anointing of God.

And so the earlier disciples who were weak hid away in fear when the power of God came down on their way and they received that anointing on the day of Pentecost they suddenly became very bold. Peter stood up boldly proclaimed the truth not fearing what people will think. He had a new power on him.

Peter just received the mantle of power and he stood up in that mantle. So that's your second garment. That's your dress or your shirt and pants whatever goes on over the underwear.

That's the main mantle isn't it? Our clothing. That's our main clothing item that we wear. Without that you cannot function in this world.

Not legally. And spiritually without the mantle of power you cannot function in ministry and do anything for the Lord. And then there's a third mantle.

A final external mantle which you can receive and this mantle is a specialized ministry that God grants to specific individuals. Now the mantle of protection we all have. The mantle of power we all have the right to receive.

Okay. God doesn't only fill some people with the spirit. All of us have the right and the authority to reach out and receive that anointing.

So the first two mantles are available to everybody. The third mantle is not the same for everybody. You may have more than one of these mantles but different people at different times depending on their calling and on their ministry will be given different mantles.

Now there are three main mantles that go on on top of the mantle of power. Can you guess what they are? What are the three main needs we have? Health, wealth, relationships and favor with people. So there's a mantle of healing which produces health.

There's a mantle for favor which helps produce good relationships and gives us favor with others. And there's the mantle of prosperity which we're looking at right now which is for the generation of wealth. Okay.

Now how do you use a mantle? Well you need to get dressed. You need to get dressed. You need to put on your inner garment of protection.

You need to put on the garment of power and if you have a third mantle you need to put that on as well. Now if you don't have these mantles you can't put them on can you? Every believer has the right to the mantle of protection. We are covered by the blood of Jesus.

We are under his protection. As we submit to him and are under his covering no evil can touch us. Okay.

Mantle of power not every believer has. It's not automatic. You must receive it from the Lord but every believer can receive it.

Now you activate your mantle of protection with James 4 verse 7. Submit yourselves therefore to God resist the devil and he will flee. That's the first thing you should do when you get up in the morning. As you're putting on your undies just remember this is my mantle of protection.

Lord I submit myself afresh to you now in the name of Jesus. Satan get out don't you dare try anything today. Right.

Mantle of protection in place and your underwear becomes like steel. Nothing can penetrate it. Okay.

Then you need to activate the power mantle. The fact that you have that mantle doesn't mean it's activated. Doesn't mean it's enabled right now.

You see it's originally activated the day you received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. You usually felt the power of God at that time. Most people spoke in other tongues.

There are various manifestations that come with it. But now in order to use this mantle of power it's got to get re-energized. How do we do that? Here's three ways you can do it.

Number one bulldozing. Quote a scripture pray in tongues a little bit. Doesn't take long.

It begins to energize your mantle of power. Try praising God. One of the strongest ways.

Not easy when things are going against you. But the power of praise is a magnificent thing. Merlin Carruthers many years ago stumbled on to the power of praise.

Became famous for it. Was the hallmark of his ministry. Wrote a book called Prison to Praise where he shared his story.

It's power in praise. Brings the power of God down from heaven. And there's another force which we often neglect and that's the power of music.

Oh you know I love music. What kind of music do you listen to? Well you know I like the Beatles. You can see how dated I am.

What's your favorite singing group? Oh you know I just love that music. It really stirs me up. What does it stir you up to do? What kind of music are you listening to? There's nothing wrong with that.

But it's not going to energize your mantle of power. That I can tell you. You need music that brings the presence of God.

There's something amazingly powerful when you begin to praise God with music. It causes a vibration to take place in spirit, soul, and body. Now add some singing to that while you're listening to the music.

And you know it doesn't take long and the clouds begin to open up. And your emotions begin to get stirred up. And you begin to feel the energy and the power of God.

And you sense those forces of faith, hope, and love beginning to arise already. Very powerful thing. Now that you've got your mantle of protection in place and your mantle of power energized.

Now you need a third mantle to accomplish something specific. And depending on what God has called you to do. And depending on what ministry you decide from the Lord.

And whatever has been imparted to you along the way. You will have one or more external mantles that you can put on. How do we receive such a mantle? Okay it starts from the Father himself.

Because he's the fount of all deity. And he originates. You link mantle with mandate.

You're not going to get it outside of a relationship with the Father himself. There are lesser ministries which you can operate in simply by having the gift of the spirit. You can say I operate in the ministry of whatever gift you have.

I have a prophetic ministry. You see that's not a mantle. It's just a flow of anointing.

And so many of these things you can already do just with the mantle of power. But if you're going to have a specialized ministry directed in one specific area. Then you need to look to God for one of those big mantles.

How do we receive that? How do we receive such a mantle? Okay there are a couple of different ways that you can receive it. Now I'll get to that shortly. But if you have already received that mantle.

How do you energize it? Well you cannot energize it unless your mantle of power has been energized. Because your mantle of power if you like is the generator that produces the power that feeds your external mantle. So I don't think you could just put that mantle on and step in.

Well you know the Lord has given me a mantle of healing. So I'm just going to go and pray for the sick. Well is your mantle of power active right now? Well you know I don't really feel much right now.

But you know I've got the mantle of healing. I've prayed for people and people got healed. God gave me the mantle of healing.

So I'm going to go pray for the sick. Nothing happens. But I've got the mantle of healing.

Why is it not working? It hasn't been energized. You first energize the mantle of power. And then you put on your external mantle.

And you come into the throne room of grace. Scripture says we come boldly to the throne of grace to find help in time of need. The throne room of grace is the throne room of Jesus.

And anybody's welcome at any time. You step into that throne room you'll see a whole lot of people praising and worshiping around the throne of the Lord Jesus. And as you come into that throne room he'll notice you.

And as you continue to worship him he'll start looking at you. And you wait until he points at you. And when he does that your mantle gets energized instantly.

Now you're ready to go out and heal the sick. Or you're ready to go out and bring prosperity. Or you're ready to go out and create relationships.

Or whatever other mantle God's given you. Because there are many different. Those are just the three main ones.

I'm only teaching on one now. The mantle of prosperity. I have covered a lot on healing but I haven't specifically covered the mantle of healing.

I probably will do that shortly. However the next mantle I will be teaching on will be the mantle of favor. I've been given that mantle but I haven't fully energized it yet.

And there's more involved in energizing that third mantle than just coming to the Lord and asking him to energize it. And I'll cover that shortly. So the mantle of prosperity is the one we're looking at right now.

Once that mantle is energized you stand in that power and the external anointing comes now and it also immediately causes an explosion in the internal anointing. But this power bypasses the soul completely. It comes from without not from within.

Now all you do is you simply reach out and let the Lord work through you directly. You don't have to get in there. Charge up my laser.

Place the pipe in my soul. Get the template. Get it flowing.

Start bulldozing. Get it all. No.

You just stand and here comes the power. Now you just step into it and you do what he tells you to and he does all the work. So much easier.

It doesn't require any effort on your part. You don't even need to command or assert authority. Have you seen preachers come and lay hands on the sick? In the name of Jesus be healed.

You know you better pray you don't have pain in your body because they're going to shake some more pain into you. Don't need that with a mandrel. Power's already there.

All you have to do is release the power. Well can I release it for myself? Absolutely. Absolutely.

Reach out. Receive the faith hope and love that you need. Release it.

Then you can release that anointing for others. How? By pouring it out in love. Minister to their needs.

Now you need to be led by the spirit in doing this. You may just need to reach out your hand and touch and maybe all he asks you to do. You may have to command evil powers.

There could be demons involved. You need to command them to leave. That could happen.

Maybe you just need to speak words. When it comes to prosperity the angels of God are waiting, as I already shared, to get working on your behalf. But they listen to the word of God in the earth.

Remember? When you speak those words your words become the word of God in the earth. The angels jump to attention say yes sir right away sir. It's like a soldier jumping to attention.

Power's there. That's so much nicer isn't it? So much quicker. So much more powerful.

This is what the mantles bring and especially when it comes to prosperity this is what the mantle of prosperity brings. Now I know you're saying I want it. How do I get it? Ah yes the million dollar question.

You have to receive it by impartation. Now there's two ways you can receive it. You can receive it directly from the hand of the father in his throne room and the throne room of the father is not available to everyone.

It requires development into one of the higher level offices before you will be permitted to enter into the throne room of the father and it actually doesn't look like a regular throne room. It looks more like a court of law with a judge sitting there on the bench. God is the judge of all.

When he issues a decree and passes the sentence, trust me, it's done. But you don't go into that room until you're invited. You can appeal to him, you can cry out to him.

There was a time I thought I could go into the room any time and I made the mistake one day. I was praying with somebody who hadn't reached that level of authority in the spirit and I tried to bring him into the throne room with me and the Lord said don't you dare let him in here. Don't you dare.

He's not allowed. Okay Lord, he's not allowed. Sorry.

I thought this was the throne of grace. It's not the throne of grace. It's the throne room of the father.

When you come to the throne room of the father, you want to fall on your face and die. You feel like Isaiah did when he saw the Lord high and lifted up and suddenly you become aware of your sin and you feel like a worm and you kind of look up and see this huge being and he can't look any higher than his toe until you get to know the father but better. Eventually you can come confident enough to say hi dad.

Can I speak to you? I was unfortunate, I suppose, in that God never ever allowed me to receive an impartation from any living person. It doesn't mean I was so special but God was setting me aside for a specific task and he didn't want me to be contaminated by some of the weaknesses and failures of other men of God. Even my own father who served the Lord all his life and had a very strong heritage, the Lord told me to renounce that heritage because he had something unique for me.

And so from the beginning everything I ever received from God, I had to get direct from his hand. While it took me a while to get ready for the throne room of the father and when he prepared me for it, I saw this flight of stairs that I needed to go up and each one was a stage of my training and development. It took quite some time before I was finally given the permission into that throne room.

But from that time God has always given to me directly something that is unique. The ways that I flow in ministry are unlike other people. You look out there, you see everybody copying one another.

You see men of God have risen up, they have a manifestation and all of their disciples have the exact same manifestation. They operate exactly the same way. I was never permitted that privilege.

I always had to be unique and that can be tough because people look at you and say, so who are you related to and who is your covering and who is over you? When we first started out in ministry, trying to go live on the internet, people used to say, so who are you responsible to? Well, I'm responsible to the Lord and people didn't understand. They thought I was just being arrogant. See, but God didn't allow me.

I faced a lot of misunderstanding. But now that I know every mandate that I have received, I've got direct from the father in his throne room. And so as I came to look at these mantles, and I said, Lord, how do I get these mantles? Now I began to flow in the mantle of healing because God had given me that earlier before I even knew mantles.

But now I knew there were these two mantles, mantle of prosperity and the mantle of favor. Each of them looks in a certain way. I know what they look like in this room.

I said, Lord, I want these mantles. How do I get them? He said, the same way you got everything else in my presence in the throne room of the father. I said, I'm ready, Lord.

Invite me. He said, come on in, the door's open. And I went in and he gave me these two mantles.

I can describe them to you. I spoke earlier in the series about the balances of our finances. When he gave me that mantle, he showed me there was balances that goes with that mantle.

The mantle looks kind of gold in nature, like a gold-threaded material. And a lot of the mantles carry specific objects. Mantle of healing has specific objects that God gave me to go with that mantle.

We'll cover that another time. The mantle of favor, which I will be teaching on soon, it has certain things that go with it as well. But we're talking now about the mantle of prosperity.

And so I received this mantle from the Lord quite a few months back already. And I said, okay, Lord, I'm ready. Let's go.

In fact, at one stage, I was going to try and use that mantle in our WhatsApp group and pray for everybody for finances. And the Lord said, you're not ready to do that yet. He said, this mantle hasn't been activated yet.

Oh, Lord. So how do I get this mantle activated? Ah, he said, all these years that you've been training people and teaching them how to prepare for office ministry, have you not forgotten the basic principle of qualifying for something before you can use it? He said, you've got to pass the tests first. Tests? Yeah, tests.

Oh, Lord. I thought I was the thing of the past. You know, I was so glad Nadine took over training the prophets and the apostles now so that she could put them through deaths.

I was just going to go into the power and avoid the death. And the Lord said, bad news for you. There's still tests, and they're still there.

And you're going to have to go through them. Well, I faced that first with the mantle of healing. And I reached the point where I wanted to give it all up.

I'd started the school of the supernatural, and I thought, what a stupid idea. I can't even move in the supernatural myself and teach other people how to do it. I said, Lord, that was just a stupid idea.

What made me think I could do this? I let it go. And he said, right answer. You passed the test.

Now you can have it. Until then, I'd been praying. I mean, I believe in healing.

I mean, teaching on healing. I prayed for people with all the earnestness in the world. And there was really not much sign of healing.

Once he said, you passed the test, suddenly it began to work. The mantle came to life. The Lord said, now you move on to the next mantle, the mantle of prosperity.

And you begin to live that, and you began to teach it. And when I started this teaching series, I taught it in faith, not having me activated in the mantle myself yet. And you know what happened? My finances died.

I came the worst financial situation we've had for ages. Our bank account almost went to zero. I haven't had that in a long time since I began to trust God.

I said, Lord, what's going wrong? The more I trust you, I've been preaching to everybody else about moving in prosperity, but it's not working for me, Lord. What is going on? Is there sin? Is there a curse? Hey, I tried every area to find out what's going on. Until eventually I came to him and said, Lord, I can't do this.

I can't do this. Only you can do this, Lord. I can try and use authority.

I can try and command, as I have in the past. I can release the angels. I can do whatever I like.

It needs your power, and it's your power, not my power, unless you give it to me, Lord. And again, I reached almost to death. I would not have been able to preach this message today if God had not said to me, well done, you passed the test.

And now I just stood and I received the anointing, and I felt it, and I said, oh, Lord Jesus, thank you for providing our needs. And the money started to come in, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam. Well, I was used to that, but it had stopped.

But as I trusted him, no big effort, no big command, none of those words. As I stopped and just reached out to him and let his power manifest, he began to show up. And that's a key, folks, to being used by God.

It's not your power. It's his power. And if you want to move in the mantle of God, you better learn to walk in humility.

I've had this experience of mantle of healing. I had it also with a previous mantle, which I wasn't even aware of mantles at the time, and that was inner healing. And that began before the conference that we had on transformation.

God began to anoint me for inner healing. And at that conference, for the first time, I'd been ministering inner healing to people for years, using the word and taking them back in their memories through past experiences. But at that seminar, I stood up in the anointing power of God, and people began to get touched, and God began to heal them miraculously by his power, because he'd given me a mantle for inner healing.

I believe now that as I take this mantle of prosperity that he has activated, as I learn to energize it, God will begin to use me to minister to his people and to bring them to a place of prosperity. I must go on, but I have a lot of material to cover today. So please bear with me.

This is the last message. The first activation that takes place on a mantle happens only once. Thereafter, it needs to be energized, and that you can do at any time by choice.

Jesus activates it, as I said. You come into his throne room, and he will activate that mantle once again. The power comes from the risen Christ.

For years, I thought it came from the Holy Spirit, and I discovered the Holy Spirit was my friend and my teacher and my comforter, and he works in the internal anointing. He comes to represent Jesus to me, and the Jesus that I thought I knew was actually the comforter. But I had to move to a new relationship with the Christ who is seated on the throne of heaven, who's glorious and filled with power, such power that even his early disciples like John, when he saw him on the Isle of Patmos, fell at his feet as dead.

There's a new relationship there, and if you want to move in the power of the external, you need to get to know Jesus as the risen Christ, not as the nice loving comforter who has no condemnation and is there to minister to you in love. The risen Christ stands in authority and in power and can be a very fearsome sight to see, and I'll share on that elsewhere. So you need a relationship with Jesus at that new level if you want to move in this kind of anointing.

To experience that, go to the throne room of grace where he is sitting on his throne, and he's available to you. And so in conclusion, the mantle of prosperity is given largely for those who have a ministry in helping people in the realm of wealth or finances. Now I like to call that a business calling.

A lot of people think a business calling is a call to become wealthy. Now all believers have a right to that blessing. You don't need a business calling to become wealthy.

That's available to all believers. However, when God gives you that power externally, you can use it for your own needs also. Okay, what is the business calling? It's a call to help other believers succeed and become wealthy.

If you have a passion for those who are struggling and battling, who are failures in life, and you desire to help them rise up and overcome and succeed, you see people struggling in poverty and you cry out and say, Oh Lord, show me how to help them that they can break free. Now you're talking about a business calling. The main purpose is the extension of God's kingdom.

Not just that people get stinky rich and buy whatever they want. Our ultimate goal is always the extension of God's kingdom. Your job is to raise up those who will finance the work of God.

You know, I've found when it comes to supporting the work of God, you know who gives the most? Those who are battling financially, because they understand you're struggling too in the ministry, and so they'll sometimes give out of their pittance to help you. The wealthy, they're so busy living their life of luxury, it hurts them to give, unless they're going to give with strings attached so that they can now dictate to you how to run your ministry. Yet God wants to raise up those with a business calling who will motivate the body of Christ and those who have that orientation to rise up and to succeed in business and to produce wealth in this world, that the work of God may be financed and extended to the earth.

Instead, preachers have to leave their main calling and go and take jobs and run businesses as a sideline to survive. And God wants to raise up in the church those who own the business, not businesses who give to the church. The business must belong to the church, because the business is being run by church leaders who are called to the business calling.

Now there's the teaching element involved as well. You need to know how to teach people to prosper and to succeed and to overcome their problems in life. But also there's a power of God that you can release towards people to help them move into this.

Now once you've received this mantle, you're ready to use it. Start waiting on the Lord first before using its power. And once it's enabled, now you can start releasing that power on behalf of others.

You'll become aware of a very strong external anointing when that mantle is ready. Don't even think about trying to release finances until that power is manifest. It's not yours to use on demand.

You must wait on the Lord until it's activated and enabled before you can use it. Have you desired to prosper financially as a believer? The first thing I recommend is go through the way of blessing. Principles are laid out in some detail.

To make it easier for you, we are now working on a series of songs that I wrote which contain all the main teachings of the way of blessing in song form. You know before Moses went up to the mountain to die, he wrote a song and he taught it to the people and the purpose of the song was to remind them of all the principles that God had taught them and given them. And he knew that if you sing a song, eventually it begins to sink down inside of you.

And you often find yourself singing the words of songs that you've heard a lot. Sometimes you only remember one little part like the hook or something you know. But if you listen to a song long enough, you find these words begin to ring in your mind.

Well I've written 16 songs that take all the main principles of the way of blessing and they will program them into you. It's pretty good music. I wrote it myself.

We are recording it professionally right now in multi-track. We're going to be releasing that full album, I hope, within the next week. You'll be able to download it and listen to it online freely.

I recommend that if you've been too lazy to read the way of blessing, go and listen to the songs. Maybe they'll motivate you. Maybe you'll hear some of the words you say, well I don't really understand what he's saying there.

Maybe I should go study it. I'm not telling you what to do. I'm just saying there's power there if you want it.

Now if you want to receive and function in the mantle of prosperity, you need to learn a bit more about mantles. I will be releasing The Mantles of God as a book very shortly. I preached the whole series a while back.

I will be releasing it as an e-book. In fact, we're going to be releasing a lot of the courses in the School of the Supernatural. We'll be releasing the first course on moving in God's power.

It's right there ready. John is putting the final touches, getting it ready to be released. We've put a lot of work into it.

So those of you in the School of the Supernatural, maybe you want to just go and read the book and review some of the principles. Those of you who are not in the school, shame on you. Go and buy the book and read it.

It's still time for you to join. Earnestly desire it. Seek the Lord for it.

Say, Lord, I want this mantle. I believe it's part of my calling. And God will get it to you.

He's probably not going to give it to you the way he gave it to me unless you're ready to enter the throne room. But I have that mantle now, and as an apostle, I can impart it. Apostles have the ability to impart.

I have been imparting several mantles that God has given me, like the mantle of healing, to people at times as the Lord has shown me and led me to. God may use somebody else, may use the prophet to release it to you, but until God gives it to you, you don't got it. It's that simple.

Unlike the power that's built within us, which is available to you at any time, if you're a believer and you're entitled to the mantle, not everybody's going to get. So seek the Lord about that, and if your heart burns to help people succeed, perhaps you have some business calling in you, and maybe you need that mantle to be more effective. That then, folks, is the mantle of prosperity.

I hope you understand the whole subject of wealth and finances more clearly now. Even if you do not have or are not called to walk in the mantle of prosperity, I suggest you learn how to do it the way that it is available, by tapping into the power of your spirit and releasing those forces of faith, hope, and love. You'll be amazed the financial miracles that you can experience right there, without having that external anointing.

And perhaps from there you can work your way up, and eventually you can tap into the external power of God and accelerate it, and God can use you more mightily in this. This concludes this series. We'll be releasing this as a complete e-book as soon as it's been transcribed and put together.
