The Blessing Code
This is one of our few fictional books, with an emphasis on self-help and overcoming in our daily lives.
Bill Douglas, a lonely divorced man who has failed at most things, finds that he has been named as an heir to a distant wealthy relative who has passed away. He goes to the reading of the will with high hopes of receiving much needed financial gain but is disappointed when he finds out what this relative actually left him.
What he receives is a box of trinkets and a tattered old handwritten manual entitled The Blessing Code. He leaves in shame and embarrassment and later checks to see what is in the box. A small cash amount is included, some useless items, a Bible, and this manual.
After recovering from his disappointment, Bill begins to read the manual and discovers that most of it contains messages directly from God. He discovers that the God that he had rejected, loved him and wanted to bless him. And he learns some sound principles that he could apply to his life to change it all.
As Bill reads the manual, he reviews his life experiences and starts to see them in a new light. By the time he gets to the end, he knows exactly what he needs to do to move forward, and what he must do to correct in his life.
You may not fully identify with Bill as he goes through his memories, but I am sure that at times you will feel strong emotions, and tears will well up in your eyes. You will walk with Bill through a powerful salvation experience and amazing counseling sessions from the Lord himself.
And by the time you are finished this book, you will hold in your hands some very powerful keys to success.
